    Part of a team of physicians, dentists, and medical students from across America that took part in a medical/dental expedition. Our travels reached underserved Tibetan refugee colonies of the Trans-Himalayan regions and Tibetan Borderlands. We provided medical care and free medicines to ~1200 patients. Two orphanages in the western Himalayas, Orphanage at Kalpa and The School of Blind, Deaf and Dumb at Simla received donations from the cost of each volunteer’s trip.
